Lekin main jahan par saaf kehena chauga ki diet to ek bahana tha asli weight loss hua hai mera daily ki 45 mins running aur full of dedication se. Weight Loos Tips - Diet Mein Kya Le

Amla Powder: Daily morning mein amla powder le. 5 gm with water.

Methi Dana: Aap amla powder ke saath methi dana bhi le sakte hai.

Badam Aur Kali Mirch: Morning mein 5 Almonds + 2 kali micrh le.

Triphala Powder: Triphala powder ka sewan bhi motape ke liye fayde mand hai.

Special Multi Grain Atta Banaye: Aap chapati wheat ki na khaye. Special aata banaye. Jaise ki wheat atta + Barley + Chana atta

Aap is tarah bana skate hai multi grain atta

Wheat atta (2kg) + Jau ka atta (1KG) + Channa atta (1/2 KG)

Fruits Khaye: Jyada se jyada fruits khaye. For example: Papita, Beri, Amrood, Kniow etc.

Lemon Water: Lemon water ka sewan kare. Nimboo pani mein roasted jeera + namak mila ke le.

Lemon Tea: Kam se kam doodh wali tea le. Doodh wali tea ki jagah lemon tea leni start kare.

Garam Pani: Garam pani pene ki adat dale.

Sugar Kam Le: Meetha kam se kam le. Meetha motapa bra ta hai. To better hai ki sugar ko kam se kam le.

Chapati: Agar aap pehle ek time 4 roti khate thein (means lunch time or dinner time), then to upper diye atte ki 2 roti hi khani shuru kare. Dhere dhere aap ko is ki adat dal jayegi, aur aap aur kam kar sakte hai.

Vegetable Dal: Vegetables or dal aap ek katori le sakte hai.

1. Aap ka weight aap ke ideal weight se jyada nahi hona chaiye. For example: Agar aap ki height 5 foot 8 inch hai to apka weight 72 Kg hona chahiya.

Agar aap apna weight minimum 72 Kg to 75 Kg kar lete hai to keh sakte hai ki aap ek tandrust person ho. Aap ko future mein bimari kam lagne ke chance hai.

2. Exercise sabse bada role hai.

Food Jo Ke Aap Ko Avoid Karna Hai

1. Tala hua Food (Fried Food): Aap ko chipps, samosas, pakoras, chorna hoga.

2. Bakery Products Avoid Kare: Aapp ko bakery items such as cakes, biscuits, pastries, patties, chorne hoge.

3. Avoid Fastfood: Aap ko fastfood chorna hoga. Jaise ki burger, noodles, pizzas etc.

4. Fats And Sweets: Avoid butter, cream, khoya, desi ghee, sugar, honey etc.

5. Dry Futis Avoid Kare: Dry fruits jaise ki kaju, dates, coconut etc. avoid kare.

6. Cold Drinks Avoid Kare: Avoid cold drinks like coke, pepsi etc.

7. Other Food and Fruits: Avoid kare eggs, mutton, alchoal, pickles, chatney, fruit juices, bananas, mango, chikku, grapes.
